Energy Healing Level 1 – The Journey Begins
Gain a deeper understanding of the main elements of Fire, Earth, Water, Air & Spirit. Learning techniques from Eastern, Western and Indigenous practices you will understand and deepen your connection to the world around you, aid your healing and your spiritual journey.
Immersing ourselves in the 5 elements and their wisdom to inform, perform and transform our lives will help you discover who you really are.
The course will include initiation into the Eastern tradition of Seichem at Level 1, allowing you to fully embrace element healing into your life.

COURSE - Special 1 day workshop
Plant Medicine Workshop - Mugwort Immersion
Work on a very deep level with the Plant Spirit Medicine of Mugwort, to help yourself and others. A one day workshop immersing ourselves and co-working with this wonderful Plant Spirit and receiving its wisdom. We will learn the folklore and magical qualities of this plant, guiding you to sense and engage with honour and respect for her medicine.

Energy Healing Level 2A – The Journey Deepens
Explore and learn Indigenous teachings of nature connection from around the world to help you to gain insight for yourself and others. Learn how to work with the more-than-human realms with honour and respect, including working with the Plant Spirits and Stone Spirits for deeper guidance and healing. Bringing this knowledge together through the weaving of the Medicine Wheel and how this informs and transforms our lives.
Following the course you will be asked to complete your workbook, Case Studies from Journey work, and your Medicine Walk, these will be required if you wish to move on the Level 2B.

Energy Healing Level 2B – The Role of the Practitioner
Develop your skills as an Energy Healing Practitioner. We bring in the Eastern tradition of Seichem (Level 2) to further deepen your ability to work with the 5 elements. The course teaches healing techniques from different traditions, legal aspects of being a practitioner, and the importance of sacred symbols. Remote healing will also be covered in this 3 day workshop. Case Studies to be completed and assessed before receiving the Energy Healing Diploma and qualification as an ‘Energy Healing Practitioner’.
Following the course you will be asked to complete Case Studies (both remote and hands-on healing) and your workbook.
Prerequisites: Competed Level 2A, and completed and submitted the Level 2A workbook, journey work and medicine walk write-ups.

Energy Healing Levels 3A & 3B – Advanced Teachings
This Advanced course will bring in further work with the Medicine Wheel of this land and its teachings, together with plant medicine work. The Eastern tradition of Seichem (Master Level) will be gifted to you to further deepen your ability to work with the 5 elements.
Prerequisites: Competed Levels 2A & 2B, and 18-24 months as a Supervised Practitioner

Moon Energy Practitioner
This online course, with live and recorded sessions, will guide you through the magical teachings of each new and full moon cycle, through a full 13 moon year. Guided by Dr Karen, you will journey through the year with each particular moon, and will learn you how to work with Moon Energy with your clients.

South American Medicine Rites
Learn about Indigenous teachings from the South America traditions and how they can open your eyes to the ways of this animate land; giving you the tools to co-work with these teachings here and now.
The course introduces energy healing through the South American traditions of the Munay-Ki and gifts you nine initiations. The Munay-Ki rites are the traditional teachings of the Q'ero medicine peoples of South America, gifted with the blessings to be shared in the western world to open our eyes to this way of being. You will also learn the warrior teachings of the South American Shamans, which I have received from various teachers over the last 20 years.
This course will take place over 4 weekends, covering Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter 2025 - dates to follow soon.
