Congratulations! You have made a truly important decision to focus on your Well-Being, to rest, nourish, support and restore yourself for 10 days.
By connecting yourself with your surroundings, to the earth, sky, plants, animals, and by being aware of your own needs, you are honouring Nature and this earth we share.
All living beings tend to retreat and rest at this winter time of year in the Northern Hemisphere, getting ready for the vibrant energy of Spring. My wish for you is that these 10 days bring you a Radical sense of Rest and Rejuvenation, with Nature as your guide and helper.
You may find these next 10 days to be a Challenge… or you may not. Either is fine, it is not a competition. Remember, self-care is not selfish; it is essential. Feel proud for making this choice, do your best to follow my guidance and use a journal to check in with how you feel at the beginning and end of each activity and day. Simply record how you are feeling before the programme, and then a few words or paragraph, or an image (depending on your style) for each activity or each day on how you feel as you go through challenge.
